We are a business law firm. Our clients include individuals, small to medium-size companies and lenders. We represent clients in all aspects of civil and business litigation. Since many clients have overlapping legal issues and a variety of business needs, we provide general legal advice to their businesses (corporate, employment, and labor law), assist in business formation of corporations and limited liability companies, draft and/or negotiate the sale or purchase of a business and equipment, document loan transactions and assist in loan workouts. 

With smaller companies, we assist our clients and their owners with shareholder buy-sell agreements and related long-term business planning work that involves essential estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced health care directives. For our lender clients, we pursue all methods of collection (prejudgment attachment, writs of possession, and receivership), including fraudulent transfer claims. We have represented debtors and creditors' committees.

We serve all of a business owners' needs including contracts, leases, licensing, employment and labor disputes, shareholder agreements and disputes, buy-sell agreements, dissolution, and commercial bankruptcy, and related personal legal issues for owners such as will and trusts. 

Our clients include banks, manufacturers, retailers, contractors, developers, landlords, real estate brokers, agricultural produce brokers, farmers, financial institutions, private lenders, and licensed professionals. 

We appear in all state and federal courts in these California counties: 

Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego.

We represent clients throughout the state, primarily in Southern California. We also handle cases in San Francisco, Sacramento, Contra Costa, and Oakland.
